Private Consultations and Private Classes

For those donors who wish to exit the “residency” layer, we will be having private classes on creating bridge solutions, space is limited to 10 new people. A private confidentiality agreement is required. We believe that there has never been a better time with more and more places refusing to accept cash. If you are interested in having access to private classes, please fill out the contact information below and put Private Classes in the subject line.
You will learn which identification documents to use for what situation and how to complete the applications.
You will learn how to complete form p.s.1583 for your new entity to open a private mailbox.
You will learn how to create unincorporated associations, private membership associations and 508(c)(1)(a)’s and if and when you need to obtain a federal Employer Identification Number or State registration number.
You will learn how to properly complete and file form SS4 for an Employer Identification Number for a non-reporting trust issued for banking purposes only.
You will learn how to properly complete and file form SS4 for an Employer Identification Number for an unincorporated association and/or 508(c)(1)(a) for banking purposes only.
You will learn how to create a separate private email and phone number for your new entity.
We will provide all documents necessary to create your 508(c)(1)(a).
We will provide sample resolutions and/or minute orders so you can implement your plans.
We will provide direction and support in buying, selling and holding assets in your new entity.
We provide direction, support and all documentation necessary to open your private bank account. If opened in California, we will go to the bank with you, elsewhere we will communicate with the bank associate.
We will assist you in setting up your bank account on line.
Classes are via zoom. Classes are on going and repeat about every 6 weeks. You can participate as many times as you need to.
At the end of these classes you will better understand the taxing forum and how to avoid it and how to create bridge solutions to interact with it.
On going fellowship, association and education with twice weekly calls (Saturday and Tuesday).
Must have access to computer, printer (preferred), internet, email, camera and microphone.
Donations in all mediums of exchange considered.
